first of all - hello! ♥ I am very excited to be getting to know you in the near future; thank you so much in advance for creating my gift - I am very much looking forward to reading it. What I would like you to know is that, to me, it is most important that what you write is something you are comfortable with and that you enjoy writing; you will find a list of things I love below, but these are merely suggestions, because no matter what direction you end up going to, I sure am going to love it!

General:
I love angst. Anything angsty, really, angst is my crack. I have to say that I adore dark fic in general, but I'm not fond of the extremes; so I'd prefer if there were no highly graphic stuff - no heavy torture or kinks (including PWP, m-preg, mutiliation, etc) please, if possible! What I'm not all too fond of either are extreme AUs (i.e. modern!AU for ASOIAF) and crossovers (except that I am secretly dreaming of a Catelyn Stark/Narcissa Malfoy crossover fic one day, ngl), nor do I like very fluffy fluff very much. I do have a very soft spot for hurt/comfort and hints of romance in an angsty/dark fic, though.

Now, to the fandoms.

A Song Of Ice And Fire | Game Of Thrones: Catelyn Stark, Ned Stark
ASOIAF/GoT is pretty much my main fandom at the moment. I adore Catelyn Stark. She is by far my favourite character, in both books and TV Show. I love the development she has gone through, I love her strength and how, even in moments of great despair, she still pulls herself together and goes on, willing to risk everything, even her own life. What I would really like to see is something like an intense character study; maybe an internal monologue in one of her weak(er) moments far away from the war (her first night after the raven brought the message of her husband's death?) Speaking of her husband, I ship Cat very intensely with Ned (OTP feels forever), and a Cat/Ned centered fic - or at least hints - would warm my heart forever.

As for Lady Stoneheart, I am not going to go into much detail due to potential show spoilers, but her whole transformation is incredibly fascinating to me; so are her thoughts. What is happening to her, what is happening inside of her? There's so much potential there!

I would certainly prefer a Catelyn and/or Catelyn/Ned centered fic, but of course I'd also be happy about a piece involving any of my other requested characters. Cersei Lannister, who keeps on growing on me, Sansa who I#ve always loved and whose character development makes me adore her more and more, Margaery Tyrell whose cunningness and general attitude and everything I love, Melisandre of Asshai whose backstory I'm crazily fascinated with and last but not least Brynden Tully! I've always loved the Blackfish and there is so much uncle-niece-family potential with Cat! ~~Or maybe he avenges his niece after the Red Wedding?~~

No matter what and who you decide to go with, again, I am pretty much open for anything, just not mentioned squicks above, as well as modern!AU. As I probably mentioned above as well is that I'm not a huge fan of really fluffy rainbow happy ends, but with Cat and Ned an at least hopeful would be absolutely wonderful (not required at all, though)!

Downton Abbey: Cora Crawley
I am still fairly new to Downton Abbey, but in my first moments already I have grown to love one particular character very much; the lady Cora Crawley. Again, I'd love to see some intense character studies or an inner monologue revealing her sight on canon and pre-canon events. A good example would be her miscarriage; we only briefly saw Robert's reaction to it, but never hers. Speaking of Robert - what where her thoughts and emotions about this husband of hers during their first year of their marriage? How did she feel after leaving her home behind, did she sleep at all that night she helped Mary carry the body of the man who'd seduced her? There are so many possibilities!

Gilmore Girls: Emily Gilmore, Lorelai Gilmore
My two favourite characters in Gilmore Girls have always been Emily and Lorelai Gilmore; I just love both characters to pieces. Perhaps if I had to choose one ultimate favourite, it'd be Emily, though. She builds up this cold and snarky façade but there are deep emotions hidden beneath it, and you also notice very well how vulnerable she really is and how much she loves her daughter. Speaking of Lorelai, I generally adore the mother daughter relationship these two share! Couple-wise, I am a hardcore Emily/Richard and Lorelai/Luke shipper.

James Bond (Craig Movies): Vesper Lynd, James Bond
My favourite of the three Craig-Bonds by far is Casino Royale; I fell in love with Vesper Lynd in the first second she came on screen, developed an incredibly strong Vesper/James shipping habit and still get feels all over during their moments together. I've always wanted to see the entire torture and post-torture scene form Vesper's POV - what was done to her, her own recovery process, the worry about James, etc. Another idea would be her internal dialogue/feelings during the "shower scene" before she is joined by James - there are so many things, really!

Again, I want you to be happy with what you create - you are the author, you decide what to do. What matters the most is that you enjoy writing. I really cannot wait to see what you come up with! ♥
