Dear rarewomen author,

first of all - hello! ♥ I am very excited to be getting to know you in the near future; thank you so much in advance for creating my gift - I am very much looking forward to reading it. What I would like you to know is that, to me, it is most important that what you write is something you are comfortable with and that you enjoy writing; you will find a list of things I love below, but these are merely suggestions, because no matter what direction you end up going to, I sure am going to love it!

General:
I love angst. Anything angsty, really, angst is my crack. I have to say that I adore dark fic in general, but I'm not fond of the extremes; so I'd prefer if there were no highly graphic stuff - no heavy torture or kinks (including PWP, m-preg - which I know is rather to unnecessary to mention for this female-centric fest - mutiliation, etc) please, if possible! What I'm not all too fond of either are extreme AUs and crossovers (except that I am secretly dreaming of a Catelyn Stark/Narcissa Malfoy crossover fic one day, ngl), nor do I like very fluffy fluff very much. I do have a very soft spot for hurt/comfort and hints of romance in an angsty/dark fic, though.

Now to the fandoms:

A Song Of Ice And Fire:
I adore Catelyn Stark. She's by far my favourite character in the entire series (book and TV) and I honestly squealed out loud when I got told she was eligible for this exchange. What I would love to see is something like an intense character study; maybe an internal monologue in one of her weak(er) moments far away from the war (her first night after the raven brought the message of her husband's death?) Speaking of her husband, I ship Cat intensely with Ned - OTP feels forever - so of course it would be twice as amazing if you could maybe include him (or, hints of him) in some way? There are so many possibilities :D

Harry Potter:
A character I am fascinated with very much is Druella; I've always wondered what she would be like, really. I developed a pretty large and elaborated head-canon about her and she grew very dear to me, but of course I'm not going to spoil or bias you in any way! What I am going to say, however, is that I've always believed her to be a cold but secretly very emotional woman and affectionate mother; as much as I ship Catelyn and Ned, I ship Druella and Cygnus. Generally, I've always been very drawn to the Black family women (most of all Narcissa), so I'd be pretty excited about a Cassiopeia piece as well.

Memoirs Of A Geisha:
MoaG is my ultimate favourite book ever (I'm also very much in love with the movie) and Mameha (who hopefully shows up as requested since I had pretty much trouble with adding her) certainly is one of my very favourite literary characters of all time - I love looking behind the geisha mask and seeing the vulnerable side of her that we get to see very rarely but still. I've also grown to like Hatsumomo a lot over time for the same reasons (especially towards the end when she starts to completely lose it) and am especially fascinated by her relationship (and its development) with Mameha.

James Bond (Craig Movies):
My favourite of the three Craig-Bonds by far is Casino Royale; I fell in love with Vesper Lynd in the first second she came on screen, developed an incredibly strong Vesper/James shipping habit and still get feels all over during their moments together. I've always wanted to see the entire torture and post-torture scene form Vesper's POV - what was done to her, her own recovery process, the worry about James, etc. Another idea would be her internal dialogue/feelings during the "shower scene" before she is joined by James - there are so many things, really! Another character whose backstory I would love to explore more is Sévérine from Skyfall; that woman is a big, big mystery and certainly very fascinating as well.

Again, I want you to be happy with what you create - you are the author, you decide what to do. What matters the most is that you enjoy writing. I really cannot wait to see what you come up with! ♥

I love that you have thoughts of a Catelyn/Narcissa crossover. Most people would draw superficial comparisons equating Catelyn with Molly and Cersei with Narcissa, but you and I know better. :D

We certainly do! :D I can see so many similarities between Narcissa and Catelyn it's crazy (while imo there is hardly anything of Cissy in Cersei, except for the hair colour tbh), and such a crossover so very fascinating to me, ngl!

Cersei is more like Bellatrix - though rather than be a loyal devotee, she'd be resentful at not being the Dark Lord herself. :p
